It's a little hard to see but it appears to say something like "I love Randy"... um... I think... any other guesses?

"Why that plate?" reader, Daniela, has just sent me a lot of plates. I'm going to group these first few together, for the simple fact that it frustrates Daniela and me of why people insist on putting their names on their plates. As Daniela puts it :
"I don't get why people put their names on their license plates. I guess it's in case they forget which car is theirs they can just go 'duh! My name's on it!'"

When you first look at it you think:
"Thank You" but then... it doesn't really make sense...
"Thank You Are" or maybe "Tack Er"?... Hmmm... any other guesses?
